Press Release: Scientists Release Audio Huygens Sent During Titan Descent

The Huygens team and SSP and (Cassini RADAR) team member Ralph Lorenz has released a 1-minute long audio file representing the signal recieved by Cassini from Huygens one month ago today. Though compressed from three and a half hours, the audio file does show certain mission events like the main parachute deployment, the wild ride through Titan's stratosphere, and landing, through tone and pitch variations in the audio file. While by itself it doesn't tell us anything new, it is an interesting way of representing information on Huygens mission events.
